High Season: (July 4th week through Labor Day week)

$4,500 per month (4 weeks)

Off Season:

$850.- $1,100 per week

$175 - $225 per night (two night minimum stay)

All rates are for single / double occupancy.

A 50% deposit is required.

Edgewater Cottage is closed Nov 1st – April 15th.
